PC Astar is the exact phrase many buyers type — not “polyester cotton lining cloth” and not “terry rubia.” PC Astar means poly-cotton astar (also written poly-cotton astar or PxC astar): a blended lining that creases less than 100% cotton astar while staying lighter than Rubia.
What PC Astar is made of
Polyester in the blend helps the inner resist wrinkles and dry faster; cotton keeps a familiar hand-feel so the lining does not feel like a fully synthetic pocketing cloth.
